The breakfast had a great assortment of food and drinks. The staff were so nice and helpful. the rooms were big and comfortable, everything was clean and convenient. the location was right next to the interlaken west station. Taking the train was really easy.
I paid quite a bit for the room, but it felt very basic for the price. there was no a/c in the room. It made it uncomfortable. i had to keep the windows open, though this made it very noisy because my room was right by the road.

g o o d l o c a t i o n old room no air conditioning
the location was good close to the train station. there was also a sparkling water machine in the lobby and that was a nice touch
i paid quite a bit for what i got the room seemed like it hadn't been updated in decades. there wasn't air conditioning and the room got very hot despite a fan being available. basic amenities like extra coffee and soap were hard to come by and that was disappointing

Breakfast included many options. the staff were very helpful during check in. the location was near to train station. It was a short walk. i found the room neat.
